Would you say that closing the Dare Gap also connects what we know to what our audience needs to hear because our interoception allows for a more accurate reading of the room? Can we tap into that capability?

Great question, Savitree. Closing the Dare Gap restores access to yourself in the moment. And access is what makes simultaneous inward regulation and outward perception possible. When you’re not managing internal noise, you can actually register the dynamics of the room — not what you fear, but what is there. And yes, that coordination can be trained.

I suspected that a more successful training could be had with interoception
